Mini Cheese Balls - Christmas Version

Cheese Balls
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix (NOT the dip!)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Outer Coating
  • Bacon bits
  • Paprika
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Chopped fresh chives
  1. In a food processor mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, dressing mix, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Shape cheese mix into one inch balls. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  3. Place each coating ingredient on it's own plate. Roll one third of the cheese balls in bacon, followed by paprika. Roll another third in parmesan cheese and the final third in chopped chives.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Can be made a day ahead. Makes about 50 one inch cheese balls.
